MLMUPC to organise the fourth construction law workshop

The Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction (MLMUPC) will organise a forth dissemination workshop on construction law for professionals in the construction sector.

This workshop will take place at the Golden City Phnom Penh Hotel on 2 March 2020 at 8am under the presidency of H.E Chea Sophara, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Land Management Urban Planning and Construction.

According to the ministry announcement, the dissemination workshop is for those professionals related to construction design and feasibility studies.

MLMUPC has organised three workshops already, which were held on 13 January, 13 February, and 21 February, respectively.

The construction law came in response to the booming construction sector which needs to strengthen processes and operations, particularly among relevant stakeholders, Mr Phay Siphan said. (Read more)
