Thai Air Con Manufacturer to Expand Business to Cambodia

Thai air-conditioner and solar power manufacturer PPJ Engineering Co Ltd is planning to expand its business to Cambodia next year as local demand increases thanks to the construction sector boom.

According to the Royal Embassy of Cambodia to Thailand, Mr Somkiat Limcharunthon, general manager of PPJ. Engineering Co Ltd gave assurances that the company will expand its business to Cambodia next year, with the aim of generating more jobs for local people and contributing to the country’s economic development.

The details of the company’s expansion were made during a tour to check the production chain at the factory, made by Mr Heng Sovannarith, trade attaché to the embassy last week when he encouraged the company to expand investment to Cambodia in response to high demand.
