Real Estate Agent Vows to Improve Quality of Property Valuation

With the new strategic partnership between leading real estate company Cambodia Properties Limited (CPL) and Vietnam MB Bank, the quality of property valuation in Cambodia is stepping up to another level.

Speaking during the signing ceremony of the strategic partnership cooperation on property valuation on 28 August, Oknha Cheng Kheng, CEO and chairman of CPL vowed to provide the best appraisal services for its customers.

While citing the great success of the company in providing property valuation services, Oknha Cheng Kheng said that 90% of the banks in Cambodia use CPL’s property appraisal services while some of them [bank] granted the company exclusive coverage.

In addition, CPL is one of the largest appraisal services providers in Cambodia. According to Oknha Cheng Kheng, the company has a large workforce and can provide 3,000 valuations each month. He added that hehopes to double that capacity within one year.

In order to ensure the sustainability and transparency of property valuation in Cambodia, Oknha Cheng Kheng called all real estate agents providing appraisal services in the kingdom to be more transparent when making valuations.
