Phnom Penh Autonomous Port Reports Significant Revenue Growth in 2025

In a recent announcement, the Phnom Penh Autonomous Port reported robust earnings of USD 32,429,338 in the first eight months of 2025, marking a commendable 19% increase compared to the same period in 2024. This financial growth reflects the port’s ongoing commitment to enhancing its operations and service offerings.

The breakdown of earnings reveals substantial contributions from various revenue streams. Income from port operations reached USD 27,192,997, representing a notable 21% increase year-over-year. Additionally, revenue from port authorities climbed to USD 4,332,677, reflecting a 19% rise. However, income from other services saw a slight decline of 6%, totaling USD 903,664 when compared to the previous year.

Highlighting the port’s success in August alone, revenues surpassed USD 5.2 million, reflecting an 18% growth over the same month in 2024. This continued upward trend showcases the Phnom Penh Autonomous Port’s vital role in supporting Cambodia’s economic development and enhancing its position within the regional logistics network.

The port management attributes this positive performance to strategic initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and expanding service capabilities.
