Chip Mong Land Inaugurates Road Linking to Three Important Roads in Phnom Penh

Residential development firm Chip Mong Land, a subsidiary of Chip Mong Group opened a new public road on 08 April 2019 linking up to other three important roads in Phnom Penh.

Called ‘Neak Oknha Pheakdey Soboros Pho Keak Theb Padey Hun Neang’, this 753-metre long road has been renovated by Chip Mong Land to provide convenience for the people. The new road connects to three important roads, namely Streets 721, 371, and 60 metres or Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen Boulevard.

Hun Neang Road is constructed on the 43 hectares of land with 5 main entrances, allowing travellers on Street 271 and Street 371 to be able to pass through ‘The Landmark 271’ complex freely to National Road No.2 or Street 60 metres.

Mr Henry Leang, President of Chip Mong Land, said the road cost about US$280,000.

“Chip Mong Land does not only construct houses, we also build a community that is comfortable for people living in this project, and to facilitate traffic and avoid congestion for people when travelling around our residential projects,” he said.
