Building Owners Who Constructed Prior to 2019 Construction Law Must Apply for Occupancy Certificate

The Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction has issued a letter on March 22, 2023, requiring all building, factory, or warehouse owners who constructed prior to the enactment of the 2019 Construction Law to obtain a construction use certificate.

According to Prakas No. 177 DONS/PRK, dated December 6, 2019, building or factory owners who constructed without a construction permit or construction permit can apply for a construction permit at the one-stop shop of the MLMUPC.
