According to the latest report released by the Angkor Institute on June 1, 2023, this staggering figure represents a remarkable 767.42 percent increase compared to the same period last year.

The report highlights the immense popularity of Angkor among international tourists, with May 2023 alone contributing $2,034,623 in revenue from the sale of 45,759 tickets. This notable achievement reflects a substantial 303.84 percent growth compared to May 2022.

In April 2023, the revered Angkor Institute witnessed ticket sales amounting to $2,895,714, as 62,657 foreign tourists embarked on a captivating journey through the ancient temples. These numbers reaffirm Angkor’s unwavering appeal and timeless allure, attracting visitors from all corners of the globe.

Notably, international visitors have the opportunity to explore the majestic Angkor complex by purchasing tickets priced at $37 per day, $62 for a three-day pass, or $72 for a week-long pass.
