April Sees Land Ministry Approve Over Us$34 Million in Construction Investment

The Ministry of Land Management Urban Planning and Construction (MLMUPC) has permitted more than US$34 million construction investment across the country since early April, according to data available on the ministry’s mobile application.

According to the ‘Cambodia Construction’ app which was launched last year (read more), from early April to 21 May, the MLMUPC approved seven business construction investments with an estimated total investment value of US$34,557,760 and a total construction area of 55,224 square metres.

Those projects include a condominium and office building, three gasoline stations, two multi-use buildings, and a condominium and restaurant which are located in Phnom Penh, Sihanoukville, Tboung Khmum, Kandal, and Oddar Meanchey respectively.
