“Buy and Sell Property” Seminar to Open for Public at Raffles Hotel

A seminar on buying and selling properties in Cambodia is to welcome participants at Raffles Hotel Le Royal.

On 20 October 2018, Cambodia’s leading housing finance provider First Finance will organise a half-day seminar to educate participants on the proper mechanisms to buy and sell property in Cambodia.

This free of charge seminar will be held from from 8am to 12pm bringing together around 150 people.

Meanwhile, according to the company’s Chief Executive Officer Ms Chun Sothany, participants will gain a lot of knowledge from this seminar.

“With participation from relevant ministries, they [participants] will gain additional knowledge on how to reduce the risk when buying land or houses in such a booming property market like this” she said.

In addition, this seminar is really important especially for property buyers in Cambodia, as it will feature speakers from the Ministry of Land Management Urban Planning and Construction (MLMUPC) and General Department of Taxation (GDT), she added.

According to First Finance, the seminar came about after the company saw that the public is facing problems when buying land or houses, such as purchasing land or houses that did not have a clear background.
