‘Amory 7 Makara’ development phase two plots open for sale

Real estate firm Amory has announced the launch of sales for the second phase of the ‘Amory 7 Makara’ development project over the weekend with around 300 potential customers attending the event, according to their press release.

Located along National Highway No 6 to Oknha Ly Yong Phat and links to National Road 5, the ‘Amory 7 Makara’ development project will feature sales of residential buildings and land plots in the heart of the 32-hectare plot.

Following the success of its first round of sales in January 2019, the company is offering four sales options in the second phase; namely 5 x 20 metre plots (option 1), 10 x 20 metre plots (option 2), 20 x 30 metre plots (option 3), and hybrid villas measuring 5 x 12 metres. (Read more)

“The Amory 7 Makara has played an important role in helping Cambodians who can afford to invest in real estate both small and medium scale,” Soun Vireakdara, CEO of the company, said.

According to the same press release, customers attending the launch event received a voucher for US$3000 as well as a set of furniture vouchers for customers buying shophouse A and B types which will go on sale in October.

Amory is a real estate service company with businesses ranging from selling and renting residential and commercial properties, selling investment projects, real estate valuations, property research, and providing property consultation.
