ASEAN: StoryTeller lets companies and clients buy real estate digitally

PropertyGuru FastKey has launched the ‘StoryTeller’ feature, a 360-degree digital real estate project tour that enhances the experience of home buyers to assess property projects as real-world tours just like they are walking in real life.

The buyer can choose to look at any project that they are interested in and can also choose to look at the desired unit or function. In addition, the system will show either the number of homes or condos leftover in real-time updates.

This 360-degree viewing experience prepares the information of any property developer offered in a more sophisticated, systematic and easier to access way. With this feature, PropertyGuru FastKey will enable real estate developers to immediately show their projects to the market without having to wait for a pre-built home or condo.

The other advantage is that during the implementation of social distancing due to the spread of COVID-19, consumers have changed their behavior in buying and selling homes. While home sales or other projects have declined, customers’ need to search online has not disappeared. So the time is right for real estate developers to offer new services.

Throughout the year, PropertyGuru FastKey has been changing the way real estate is sold to customers through digitization connecting real estate developers with real estate agents and customers across the region. The platform includes a more advanced and simpler project organization management system.

Using PropertyGuru, users can present the project to clients who are interested in visiting, selecting and registering project benefits at your fingertips. It also has Adding Vendors platform where vendors can be recruited digitally and systematically, creating new opportunities to reach customers so people can find homes or rooms or projects of interests at convenience. On top of that, agents can open and close digital sales safer and easier.

This digital company is the leading network providing real estate solutions in five countries across ASEAN, including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam with 45,000 agencies.
