Cambodia’s first regional nursery completed 20%

Cambodia’s first regional nursery in Preah Theat commune, Ou Raing Ov district, Tbong Khmum province has been completed by 20%. This is according to the inspection visit of the construction site by HE Dr Eang Sophalleth, Minister of Environment on Tuesday morning, October 08, 2024.

In the process, this large-scale nursery is equipped with an automatic irrigation system powered by solar energy and some other infrastructure to become a model nursery in Cambodia.

HE Dr Eang Sophalleth stated that the construction is planned to be completed soon and participate in planting more than 1 million trees here to achieve the plan of the Royal Government with the vision of turning Cambodia into a neutral country. Carbon in 2050.
