Chip Mong Land Acquires Granferte Tower, Marking its First Entry into the Serviced Apartment Sector

One of Cambodia’s leading real estate developers Chip Mong Land has recently expanded its business territory into the serviced apartment sector for the first time after it successfully acquired Granferte Phnom Penh from Leopard 21.

The acquisition transaction was completed on Wednesday 15 September 2021, when Chip Mong Land also began its operation and management.
