Construction of the mixed-use project of Prince Tian Xi Wan in Preah Sihanouk province has begun over the weekend with the final product expected to be finished within a few years.

Stretching over a total area of 340,000 square metres along Victory Beach, the Prince Tian Xi Wan by China-based developer Prince Real Estate Group is set to be a world coastal resort featuring a premier five-star hotel and 2 five-star standard serviced apartments.

Posting on its Facebook page on 07 June, the company said that the foundation pit construction of the project has been completed and the main structure construction is now in process with the final product expected to be finished by March 2023.

“The main structure construction ceremony of the project not only indicates that a prosperous future is well in sight, but also marks a step closer to the group’s strategical layout in Sihanoukville, ushering in a new era of coastal life,” the company said.

Prince Real Estate Group is a large-scale international conglomerate with a diversified business portfolio. For its property market, the company is to invest around US$6 billion within 10 years to create the largest Central Business District (CBD) in Phnom Penh as well as other provinces across the kingdom.
