Construction of the five-star Prince Times Hotel completed

Construction of the luxury five-star hotel Prince Times Hotel located in the heart of Sihanoukville Province has been completed and is scheduled to open next month.

On 31 July, Prince Times Hotel Management Co.,Ltd, a subsidiary of the giant Chinese property developer Prince Real Estate Group (Cambodia) announced that the construction of its 193-key hotel is complete and the company plans to make the grand opening ceremony on 28 September, 2018.

At the beginning of April 2018, the Prince Times Hotel now covers an area of nearly 29,000 square metres and is equipped with swimming pools, gyms, yoga rooms, and helipads while its Sky Bar provides a stunning view of the city.

Established in 2015, Prince Real Estate Group (Cambodia) has engaged heavily in developing both commercial and residential property and now owns more than 5 million square metres of land for both current and future development. Recently, the company announced its 10 year master plan with an estimated investment of at least US$6 billion to develop properties in Cambodia. (Read more )

In Sihanoukville alone, the company holds multiple projects such as the mix-used building Prince IT Building, Prince Collinan Bay, Prince City Center, Prince Smart Town, and Prince Koh Takeiv.
