Ground broken on 62-storey Royal One twin tower

OTK Royal One Co., Ltd. of the Royal Group broke ground on 14 February on the long awaited Royal One International Twin Tower.

Located in the heart of city on the corner of Russian Federation Boulevard and Monivong Boulevard, Royal One is a 68-storey building which includes six floors of underground parking.

The project comprises of commercial units, condominiums, shopping malls, clubs, fitness centres, restaurants and other entertainment facilities.

According to Neak Oknha Kith Thieng CEO of Royal One Co., Ltd, the firm invested a total US$ 230 million to build this mega project. On completion, this luxurious project will be a part of Phnom Penh’s rapidly modernising skyline, reflecting the country’s capacity and prosperity to promote international investment.
