L’attrait Successfully Completed in Spite of Pandemic

L’attrait BOEUNG KENG KANG, the first high-end Japanese-developed condominium project in Boeung Keng Kang 1, has been completed and is fully operational from November onwards despite the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The construction comprises of 26 storeys and 149 units which includes a mix of studios, one bedroom, two bedroom and penthouse units.
The project has been heavily impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly at the final stage of construction. However, L’attrait has succeeded in overcoming all external obstacles and is currently close to being sold out.

The project developer, LAPD, puts this success down to their structured and focused approach, as well as their extensive consideration of market conditions prior to launching the project and keen focus ensuring their customers receive the property they had paid for and were expecting.

“I am delighted to announce the completion of our project. The path has certainly not been an easy one for us. There was a lot of skepticism upon launching our project. The pandemic toward the end of our timeline gave us more challenges. However, I believe that we could successfully materialise the new quality standard in this market,” said LAPD CEO Shinji Muto.

“We are so glad we chose CMED Construction as our contractor. The commitment they made is truly remarkable. I believe the emergence of more local companies with a strong belief in quality like CMED is the key for Cambodia to attract more Japanese investors. We are hopeful for this market and feel Cambodia has potential for achieving growth with quality. We would like to keep raising the bar in this market” he added.
