Industry Ministry, Water Supply Association sign MoU to expand water network in Cambodia

The Ministry of Industry has signed several MoU agreements with the Cambodian Water Supply Association (CWA) to expand the clean water network in Cambodia.

The signing ceremony was held during the conference and exhibition of clean water in Cambodia on 29-30 November.

The MoU include:

  1. MOU between the Cambodian Water Supply Association and the General Department of Water Supply of the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology, and Innovation
  2. MOU between the Cambodian Water Supply Association and the Australian Water Association
  3. MOU between the Cambodian Water Supply Association and the Japan Water Association
  4. MOU between the Cambodian Water Supply Association and the Cambodian Small and Medium Enterprise Bank
  5. MOU between the Cambodian Water Supply Association and Phnom Penh Plastic Products highlights the expansion of cooperation at the national and international levels.

Currently, the Cambodian Water Supply Association has a total of 317 members, of which 284 are water supply service providers in 23 provinces.

In addition to the above five MOUs, the association also promised to seek opportunities to further expand cooperation to promote growth and better benefit association members.
