Mondulkiri tourism development master plan 2021-2035 officially launched

The National Committee for Tourism Development officially disseminated and launched the “Master Plan For Mondulkiri Tourism Development 2022-2035” which is a guiding document for the development of the tourism sector in the Northeastern area of the country.

Held on April 11, the official dissemination was presided over by HE Aun Pornmoniroth, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Finance, and Chairman of the National Committee for Tourism Development, via video conference.

HE Pornmoniroth said the master plan is a compass to guide important mechanisms and strategic directions for tourism development in Mondulkiri province.

Besides, it is also aligned with the vision of national development for 2021-2035 in contributing to the development of the northeastern region, with Mondulkiri as a core province, into the fourth economic pole of Cambodia.
