PPCC to House Over 56,000 Residents and Multiple Corporate Headquarters

Phnom Penh City Center (PPCC) has been chosen by The Funding Partners (TFP) to house their regional headquarters due to strategic factors such as geographical convenience, economic value, and significant returns of the office space acquisitions, according to Newswire.

Marketed as the Pearl of Cambodia, PPCC is a mixed-use project that includes the capital’s first dedicated central business district. The development is located on 111.6 hectares in the city centre and will create opportunities for the growth of commerce, culture, arts, and sports in the area.

PPCC’s public areas will feature the newest architectural buildings – with towers ranging from 20m to 150m – and will bring modern city conveniences into Cambodia, such as multiple entry points and international-standard traffic and drainage systems.

By 2020, PPCC will have welcomed a significant number of leading banking institutions, multinational corporate headquarters, international brands and key business operations. The development will also be home to over 56,000 residents and more than 190,000 daily visitors by 2025.
