Prince Begins Construction of Major Project in Sihanoukville

Construction officially began over the weekend on a major development project in Sihanoukville Province by Prince Real Estate Group.

According to a post on Prince’s Facebook’s page construction began on the 16.3-hectare Prince City Center development project. The project, which covers a total construction area of 700,000 square metres is approximately 800 metres from the twin lions roundabout close to the Serendipity Beach area.

Prince City Center is divided into three phases with the first stage is the development of Prince Smart Garden with a total construction area of 80,000 square metres comprising of three condominium complexes along with a modern living centre. The project is expected to be complete and delivered to customers in October 2019.

Meanwhile, for the second phase, the company will build a commercial centre and the largest hospital in the city, while the third phase will consist of apartments, villas, commercial complexes and other facilities and amenities.

According to Prince Real Estate Group, the Prince City Center development will provide the latest and most comfortable living experiences for its residents as well as tourists.
