CICC Unveils Five Transformative Projects to Foster Siem Reap’s Development

The Cambodia International Trade Association (CICC) has recently announced the launch of five groundbreaking projects aimed at driving the growth of Siem Reap province and generating employment opportunities for its residents. This momentous revelation came to light during a meeting between Mr. Johnny Mo, Director of the International Trade Association of Cambodia (CICC), and HE Tea Seiha, Governor of the Board of Governors, on 22 June 2023.

Mr. Johnny Mo, the Director of CICC, expressed the association’s commitment to the progress of Siem Reap by unveiling an ambitious portfolio of five projects. These initiatives have been meticulously designed to catalyze the province’s development while also fostering job creation for the local populace.

The five transformative projects encompass:

  • Electricity Delivery Service Project: A venture aimed at enhancing the accessibility and reliability of electricity provision in Siem Reap, ensuring a stable energy supply for both residents and businesses.
  • Buddhist Cultural Center Project: An endeavor focused on preserving and promoting Cambodia’s rich Buddhist heritage, nurturing spiritual enlightenment, and fostering cultural understanding.
  • Cambodia Film and Music Production Center Project: A visionary initiative aimed at nurturing the local film and music industries, fostering artistic expression, and creating a thriving creative ecosystem in Siem Reap.
