Tbong Khmum Achieves Land Registration Milestone with Over 370k Plots Registered

Tbong Khmum province has achieved a significant milestone in land registration with over 370,000 plots of land systematically registered since Kampong Cham province’s separation in 2014. This was confirmed by HE Dr Cheam Chansophorn, Governor of Tbong Khmum Province, during a press conference on “Success in the past 5 years” of Tbong Khmum Provincial Administration on 20 April 2023.

According to HE Governor, the provincial authorities have distributed around 300,000 land titles to the people. He added that in the future work direction in 2025 or 2027, the province could complete this systematic land registration.

Apart from land registration, the provincial authorities have also completed the 143-kilometre-long border post with Vietnam for the border post work with neighbouring countries.

With the systematic registration of over 370,000 plots of land, the province is poised to see more land investments, further development in the real estate sector, and economic growth.
