Topping off ceremony held for Orkide The Royal Condominium

Orkide The Royal Condominium a luxury element of an already pricey mega residential project in Sangkat Tuek Thla has completed the structural construction with a topping off ceremony held by on 19 August.

Located along St. 2004, Tuek Thla Village, Sangkat Tuek Thla, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh, this project consists of six condominium towers with a total of 1,999 units and is equipped with – star facilities.

Developed by one of the country’s leading residential developer Orkide Villa, Orkide The Royal Condominium begun construction in 2017 by China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) and is expected to finish by 2020.

Orkide The Royal Condominium is part of the Orkide Villa – The Royal that consists of three sections. Section 1 consists of shop houses representing quality, comfortable, and a healthy domestic business destination. Section 2 covers condominiums with six buildings. It also contains stores, marts, restaurants, and a supermarket as well as fitness clubs, entertainment, parks and large parking lots. Section 3 is the private residential community with four divisions including King Orchid, Queen Orchid, Orchid Twin and Orchid Link.
