In a groundbreaking move, TP Moral Group has received official approval from the Royal Government to embark on an ambitious venture that entails the development of two satellite cities and sacred tourist sites spanning an expansive area of 1,247 hectares. The highly coveted land parcels are strategically located in Sangkat Kep, Kep City, as well as Pong Teuk Commune and Angkol Commune in Damnak Chang Eur District, Kep Province.

The momentous approval, outlined in letter No. 269 dated 6 March 2023 from the Office of the Council of Ministers, signifies a major milestone for TP Moral Group and heralds the birth of a remarkable new chapter in Cambodia’s real estate landscape.

Under the comprehensive plan, allow TP Moral Group Ekkay Dey from deep location to fill 2 shallow locations. The first location encompasses 289 hectares in Sangkat Kep, Kep City, Angkol Commune, and Pong Teuk Commune, while the second location boasts an expansive 1,178 hectares in Pong Teuk Commune.

As part of this visionary development, 15% of the total land area has been allocated to the Kep Provincial Administration for the establishment of stadiums, public infrastructure, and recreational facilities.

The remaining 85%—a substantial 1,247 hectares—is designated for TP Moral Group’s transformational satellite city project, which will encompass an array of captivating offerings including commercial centers, hotels, condominiums, shopping malls, restaurants, and various service areas. Moreover, the development will feature sacred tourist sites in accordance with Sub-Decree No. 40 dated 7 March 2019, comprising resorts, golf courses, bungalows, accommodation areas, tourist resorts, sports centers, parks, healthcare facilities, and other related tourism services.

To ensure a harmonious integration with the natural surroundings, the company has committed to fulfilling specific obligations. These include creating public beach areas adjacent to the land in accordance with Directive No. 01 dated 3 February 2012, which emphasizes sustainable coastal development.

Additionally, TP Moral Group is required to prepare a comprehensive master plan for the project and seek approvals from relevant authorities, adhering to the established principles and investment procedures outlined by the Council for the Development of Cambodia.

With this monumental approval, TP Moral Group is set to revolutionize the real estate landscape in Kep and shape a thriving satellite city that promises a harmonious blend of contemporary living, cultural heritage, and sustainable development. As the project progresses and takes shape, it is poised to unleash an array of new opportunities for residents, investors, and visitors alike, creating an extraordinary destination that showcases the best of Cambodia’s architectural prowess, natural beauty, and economic potential.
