First Phase of Prince Manor Resort Opens

An international leisure park being built by Chinese developer Prince Real Estate Group has opened phase I, as part of its mega project in Kandal Province, according to a post on the company’s facebook.

Stretching over 13 hectares of land, the first phase of the ‘Prince Manor Resort’ was opened to the public last week featuring five theme parks, including Family Fairy Park, Forest Rhythm Park, Leisure Holiday Park, Masters’ Luxury Park, and Health & Wellness Park.

Other facilities for the project include a helicopter apron, high-end
virtual reality golf simulation training ground, Khmer-style wooden houses, a cruise ship, marinas, and amusement parks.

Located in the heart of Kean Svay district along National Road No.1, the company said that this project will become Cambodia’s first urban boutique vacation project with more development phases to come soon.

In the future, the company will construct a technological and agroecological museum during the second phase, while in the third phase it will develop a water park and an 88-meter Ferris wheel known as the ‘The Phnom Penh Eye’.
