Taking advantage of the meeting, Governor Chamroeun urged the Indonesian Ambassador to play a crucial role in mobilising investors to Kandal province. He pointed out the province’s advantages, including its proximity to an international airport and key national roads that serve as vital arteries for trade and investment, promising lucrative opportunities for investors.

In response, Ambassador Damosumato assured the governor of his support in attracting Indonesian investors to Kandal. He also requested that local authorities extend necessary services to the Indonesian community residing in the province, fostering a welcoming environment for potential investors.
