JS Land Plc Officially Becomes First Real Estate Company Listed on Cambodian Stock Exchange

JS Land PLC, Cambodia’s first real estate development firm registered on the Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX), officially announced the sale of shares on the local stock exchange from today onwards.

JS Land PLC plans to raise approximately 46 billion riels or about US$12 million, with the price starting from 1,900 riels per share.

Speaking at the ceremony on Thursday 10 February, CSX Director-General HE Hong Sok Hour appreciated the presence of JS Land in the market, citing it would serve as a model for other real estate companies to consider diversifying sources of capital through the stock market.

The CSX now has 15 listed securities – eight stocks and six bonds. The total capital raised by all companies from the capital market is more than US$281 million.
