The construction of Naga 3 on the former White Building has been granted construction permits after the company amended its layout plans.

The planned integrated entertainment complex of NagaCorp Ltd using an investment of approximately US$4 billion will be built on a total of 16,837 square metres in Sangkat Tonle Bassac, Khan Chamkar Morn, Phnom Penh.

The revised project plan will feature two 66-storey hotels and other facilities according to H.E Chhann Sorphal, Director General of the Construction of the MLMUPC after the recent media round table. He said that in April the ministry gave new permits to the company but did not know about the construction process of the project or when it will start.

H.E Chhann Sorphal said that the construction permit is valid for 1 year, and if the company does not undertake any activity the company may request to extend it.

However, clearance of the site indicates that construction will begin soon.
