Lumiere Residence set new property landmark in Phnom Penh

Following the success of Lumiere Hotel, Singapore-based Lumiere Hospitality (LH) opened its second project in Phnom Penh on 21 July which will set another hospitality landmark for the city.

Known as the Lumiere Residence, this 25-storey building comprises of luxury hotel rooms and apartments which are elegantly designed and laid out, equipped with a rich variety of in-room amenities.

Located in the centre of Phnom Penh near the Phnom Penh Mega Mall right in the heart of Khan 7 Makara, Lumiere Residence offers 166 luxurious rooms with 2 rooftop swimming pools, a rooftop gym and an automated car parking system. The rooms are sized from 39 sqm to 74 sqm, while the residences, suites, and villa have dimensions of between 74 sqm and 622 sqm.

“We wanted to come up with a project of the finest quality that everyone can be proud of, which will be the next landmark for Cambodia,” said Ms Celine Quek, Managing Director of Lumiere Hospitality.

With construction undertaken by a Cambodian firm, Deputy Provincial Governor Mr Kim Rithy welcomed this new project.

“Although a foreign investment, I am pleased to say that Cambodia plays a vital role for this project, employing local talents to build this award-winning property.” Mr Kim Rithy said during the grand opening.

According to the company, the project represents the height of serviced apartments development, embodying beauty, convenience, affordability, and comfort rolled into one. An award-winning property, the residence is widely recognized for its architectural and interior design.

“Everything was designed with business travellers in mind. We stress convenience and comfort as we want our guests to feel relaxed during their business trip, but at the same time enjoying the conveniences of the city, as if they are at the comforts of their home” Ms. Celine Quek added.

Lumiere Hospitality is a Singapore-based company with its principal business activity being management consultancy services for hotels. Currently, it owns and manages a broad portfolio of hotels under the Lumiere Collection, namely Lumiere Hotel, an executive lifestyle hotel and Lumiere Residence, a fully-furnished chic corporate apartment hotel.
