NagaWorld Continues to Thrive, Reporting a Revenue of US$117 Million in Q1 2023

NagaWorld, Cambodia’s leading gaming company, reported a revenue of over US$117 million in the first quarter of 2023, a significant increase of 6.8% from last year. This impressive financial result is the highest quarterly profit since 2020, when the Covid-19 pandemic began.

According to a quarterly report by NagaCorp, the Hong Kong-based parent company of NagaWorld, the company attributes its revenue growth to the return of foreign tourists, particularly Chinese visitors to Cambodia. The increase in revenue is expected to continue rising next year.

The report cited by Inside Asian Gaming online on April 3 revealed that NagaWorld’s strong financial performance was driven by mass-market and direct VIP volumes, which are approaching pre-Covid levels. This is a promising sign for the company and the Cambodian tourism industry.

NagaWorld’s latest financial report is a testament to the company’s resilience and adaptability in the face of unprecedented challenges. With the return of tourists and increasing revenue, NagaWorld is poised to continue its growth trajectory in the coming months.
