New Boutique Shopping Mall to Rise in the Heart of Phnom Penh by Mid-2022

The second phase of Lucky Pavilion Mall located along Sihanouk Blvd in BKK1, Phnom Penh’s prime downtown district, is currently under development and scheduled for completion and operation by mid-2022.

The developer Lucky Mall Co., Ltd. said the second phase, which includes a landmark glass façade, is being implemented after the construction was successfully completed on the first phase and is now ready for inspection and leasing.

While announcing the launch of its second phase, Lucky Mall Co., Ltd., has also appointed CBRE Cambodia as exclusive agent and property manager for this project.

Lucky Pavilion Mall currently serves as home to Lucky Supermarket, an expanded flagship supermarket which is one of the key tenants at Lucky Pavilion Mall. The building is set to host an array of retail options spread across four floors with 9,500sqm of leasable retail area.

The mall has been specially designed from the ground up to suit the needs of residents and workers in what has become the densest and most visited part of Phnom Penh.

The property sits on the site of the old Lucky Supermarket, at the juncture of BKK1, Daun Penh, 7 Makara and Chamkarmon districts, offering convenient pedestrian access from both Sihanouk Blvd., and St. 278, as well as generous car and motorbike parking provision.

Tommy Heng, General Manager of Lucky Mall Co., Ltd., said that CBRE Cambodia’s market experience and wide span of services means they were a natural choice for the leasing and management of Lucky Pavilion Mall.

“We are confident that together we can realise Lucky Mall’s vision for this new retail experience in central Phnom Penh and create an exciting new lifestyle hub for all ages,” he added.

James Hodge, Managing Director of CBRE Cambodia said that CBRE is delighted to be working on such an exciting project along with the Lucky Mall Team.

Retail space within Lucky Pavilion Mall is available to lease directly from CBRE Cambodia. More information can be obtained from CBRE’s website, or via the project’s hotline: +855 95 777 988.
