Phnom Penh Precast Plants Co., Ltd. Achieves Quality Management Systems Registration to ISO 9001

Phnom Penh Precast Plants, one of the leading suppliers of pre-stressed spun concrete transmission poles, reinforced concrete pipes, and PC/PHC concrete spun piles has now been awarded ISO 9001:2015 for its Quality Management System since September of this year.

Founded in 2013, and equipped with machinery from Germany and Korea, this high-tech factory uses the latest manufacturing equipment and technology taking a step further in achieving its goal to be the number one precast product supplier in Cambodia.

This achievement was a direct result of the entire company working hard together to achieve ISO certification, which demonstrates their strong commitment to quality and service at all levels. In successfully completing this difficult process required for certification, it is a clear sign that Phnom Penh Precast Plants is devoted to continually improving, not only in quality management systems, but also to raise the bar in competition with other precast suppliers.

The ISO 9001:2015 standard represents an international consensus on good management practices, which ensures the use of effective processes that are consistently monitored and continually improved. It also aims to ensure that the company can repeatedly deliver products and services that meet client’s quality requirements. The standard incorporates all aspects of the company’s design, development, manufacturing, and service activities. Furthermore, it emphasises strong customer focus and top management involvement at every level of the company. As the industry standard for quality management systems, ISO 9001:2015 certification requires evaluation by an independent, accredited auditing body.
