Overseen by Cambodia Airport Investment Co., Ltd., this monumental project exemplifies a successful public-private partnership, with Overseas Cambodia Investment Corporation (OCIC) holding a commanding 90% stake and the remaining 10% under the ownership of the State Secretariat of Civil Aviation.

Designed as a large-scale international airport classified as Class 4F, Techo International Airport unfolds across three distinct construction phases. Phase I, spanning from 2020 to 2030, sets the stage for subsequent expansions in Phase II (2030-2050) and Phase III (2050 onwards).

In line with the planned schedule, Samdech Hun Manet, Prime Minister of Cambodia, will lead a delegation of high-ranking officials on 12 March to assess and review the remarkable progress of this transformative airport project.
