This notable growth was highlighted by HE Buon Sarak Mony, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce (MoC), during a meeting with the US-ASEAN delegation on 29 February 2024.

The gathering aimed to fortify the economic ties between the two nations and explore avenues for enhancing the investment and business operations of US companies in Cambodia. Among the attendees were representatives from 17 leading global corporations, including giants such as Abbott, ADM, Chevron, ConocoPhillips, Estée Lauder Companies, FedEx Express, Ford, Jhpiego, Manulife, Mastercard, Meta, Pfizer, Philip Morris International, RMA Group, Roche, Tilleke & Gibbins, and Visa. These companies’ participation underscores the diverse and robust interest in Cambodia’s market potential.

On this occasion, Cambodian officials took the opportunity to introduce American businesses to supportive policies aimed at bolstering the local business community.
