Southeast Phnom Penh to Welcome New Luxurious Development

Chbar Ampov district is to welcome another luxurious waterfront villa project called The Mekong Harmony, which will be located along National Road No.1 nearby the well-known Borey Peng Houth and The Palm, according to a recent announcement by property agency Century 21 Cambodia.

Located on approximately 7,000 square metres of land along the Mekong River, the Mekong Harmony will comprise of 17 villas with ten individual prestige villas and seven luxury villas. All the villas will be equipped with private swimming pools. Solar panels technology will also be utilised for an environmentally friendly approach.

At this stage, the developer is currently constructing the breakwater along the waterfront bay as well as building the road and other infrastructure within the common area of the project. Meanwhile, construction on the villas is expected to start after the VIP Launch & Exclusive Agency Signing Ceremony that was held on 26 May. After groundbreaking, the construction period will be only one year long.

Due to the city’s expansion, Chbar Ampov district, especially the area around National Road No. 1, has attracted a lot of property developers including boreys as Borey Peng Huoth, The Palm, and many other projects.
