[:en]Over 2 million dollars invested in a modern facility and advanced medical equipment to combat cardiovascular disease in the region

The Siem Reap Heart Center, featuring high-standard building facilities and advanced medical technology, was officially inaugurated on February 26, 2026. The ceremony was presided over by His Excellency Professor Chheang Ra, Minister of Health. This comprehensive project, which includes the construction of the center and the installation of modern diagnostic and treatment tools, represents a total investment of more than 2 million US dollars.

During the inauguration, Minister Chheang Ra emphasized that the center is a critical resource for managing heart disease, specifically coronary artery disease. As a silent killer and a major cause of death in Cambodia, cardiovascular issues require the specialized care that this new facility is now equipped to provide. The center is expected to serve as a vital healthcare hub for patients in Siem Reap and the neighboring provinces.

Beyond the facility’s technical capabilities, the Minister encouraged healthcare administrators and staff to maintain high standards of professionalism and ethics. He stressed the importance of delivering quality medical services that meet the needs of the population, ensuring that the investment in modern infrastructure translates into better health outcomes for the community.

ឯកឧត្តម ឈាង រ៉ា បានលើកឡើងថា មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលបេះដូង ដែលកំពុងសម្ពោធនាពេលនេះ គឺជាការចូលរួមដ៏សំខាន់ក្នុងការឆ្លើយតប និងចូលរួមដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាជម្ងឺបេះដូង ជាពិសេសជម្ងឺស្ទះសរសៃឈាមបេះដូង ជាឃាតករស្ងាត់និងជាមូលហេតុចម្បងមួយនៃមរណភាពនៅកម្ពុជា ដែលនឹងផ្តល់ជាអត្ថប្រយោជន៍ សម្រាប់ប្រជាជនខេត្តសៀមរាប និងប្រជាជននៅតាមបណ្តាខេត្តជុំវិញផងដែរ ។

ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនេះ ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់សុខាភិបាលខេត្តបន្ថែមទៀត ឯកឧត្តមក៏បានណែនាំ ដល់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំសុខាភិបាល និងមន្រ្តីសុខាភិបាលទូទាំងខេត្តសៀមរាប ត្រូវយកចិត្តទុកពង្រឹងគុណភាពសេវា និងក្រមសីលធម៌វិជ្ជាជីវៈបន្ថែមផងដែរ។

រដ្ឋបាលខេត្តសៀមរាប បានចាត់ទុកថា ការបង្កើតឱ្យមានសេវាសង្គ្រោះ និងព្យាបាលអ្នកជម្ងឺបេះដូងនៅក្នុងមន្ទីរពេទ្យបង្អែកខេត្តសៀមរាប ជាឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពីការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ខ្ពស់ លើការលើកកម្ពស់សុខុមាលភាពប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ក្នុងការចូលរួមចំណែកអភិវឌ្ឍវិស័យសុខាភិបាលនៅកម្ពុជាឱ្យកាន់តែប្រសើរឡើងថែមទៀត៕
