Cambodia Earns Nearly USD 550 Million from Rubber and Rubberwood Exports in First Nine Months of 2025

Cambodia earned nearly USD 550 million from the export of rubber and rubberwood during the first nine months of 2025, marking a 38% increase compared to the same period last year, according to a report by the General Department of Rubber published on October 14, 2025.

The report revealed that total revenue reached USD 549.78 million, including USD 390.02 million from rubber exports, USD 156.50 million from domestic rubber sales, and USD 3.26 million from rubberwood exports.

Between January and September 2025, Cambodia exported 220,240 tons of rubber, representing a decline of 11.4% or 28,295 tons compared to the same period last year. Meanwhile, rubberwood exports totaled 14,326 cubic meters.

Despite the drop in export volume, the average selling price of rubber rose to USD 1,771 per ton, up USD 185 or 11.7% year-on-year.

For reference, Cambodia earned more than USD 671 million from rubber product sales in 2024, a modest increase of 1.2% compared to 2022.
