AGENT21 GLOBAL, collaborating with a prominent Korean corporation, is embarking on a transformative journey to evolve Run Ta Ek Natural Village and Pak Sneng Village into a city that seamlessly blends Khmer heritage with contemporary living.

The partnership was marked by a groundbreaking ceremony for model house construction and the unveiling of Khmer-style homes on 1 September 2023, in Siem Reap.

Ms Ly Chanlaksmy, General Director of AGENT21 GLOBAL, shared the company’s vision, stating, “Our goal is to metamorphose Run Ta Ek Natural Village in Banteay Srei district and the Pak Sneng Development Zone in Angkor Thom district, Siem Reap province, into a city adorned with a fusion of Khmer and contemporary architectural styles. These homes will be affordable and ingeniously designed to serve as residential or tourist accommodations, promising a unique blend of cultural and eco-tourism attractions.”

The visionary project aims to create an enticing development area that appeals to residents and tourists, enhancing Cambodia’s cultural and eco-tourism landscape. The project received overwhelming support from local authorities and the Run Ta Ek Natural Village community, who attended the groundbreaking ceremony and visited AGENT21 GLOBAL’s Khmer-style houses exhibition.

With this transformative partnership, Cambodia is poised to welcome a groundbreaking architectural blend that honors its rich heritage while embracing the conveniences of contemporary living.
