Chip Mong Land to capitalise on high potential of Grand Phnom Penh

Having recently acquired Grand Phnom Penh International City, Chip Mong Land has started to improve the services and infrastructure as well as residential areas to transform the area into a high-potential development area for living and doing business.

“The main purpose of Chip Mong Land is to improve our service to our customers to meet their needs in a timely manner. The next step is that we will also improve the infrastructure in the existing project to improve the lives and livelihoods of all clients living in our project,” Oknha Leang Henry, President of Chip Mong Land said on 22 November.

“We are also studying with experts on the master plan to transform the area into a commercial and residential area with high opportunities and potential to develop and expand commercial businesses,” he added.

Chip Mong Land is also focusing on long-term investments to develop the Sen Sok area into a new development area, as a first choice for living and doing business.
