Dialogue Between Cambodian Permanent Secretary of State and Hochiminh Construction & Building Material Association (SACA) Focuses on Joint Development

In a promising move toward enhanced collaboration within the construction sector, His Excellency Tekret Samrach, Permanent Secretary of State, recently welcomed a delegation from the Hochiminh Construction & Building Material Association (SACA).
