EuroCham to Host Virtual Conference Addressing Necessity of Standards in Real Estate Sector

The European Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia (EuroCham) will host a virtual conference addressing “The Importance of Standards in the Real Estate Industry – A Case for Following RICS Standards” on Thursday 16 September.

The webinar session will gather leading real estate & construction experts and professionals to share knowledge and the most up-to-date know-how experiences within the sector.

The speakers include Vice-Chairman of EuroCham Real Estate & Construction Committee and CEO at WB Sport Village Simon Vancliff, CBRE Cambodia Managing Director James Hodge, CBRE Cambodia Associate Director Lawrence Lennon, and AssocRICS Senior Surveyor Chin Daluch.

Meanwhile, the topics to be discussed in the webinar include RICS basic information, types of assets that can be valued and methods applied when undertaking a valuation, and AssocRICS Experience along with a Q&A session.

This webinar session is the first part of EuroCham’s webinar series related to the real estate sector. The two others will be held on 22 and 27 September respectively, on two different topics— green building and construction materials.
