Multi-million Community Mall to Showcase in Boeung Keng Kang Area

New community mall worth nearly US$10 million to showcase in Boeung Keng Kang area very soon called Noro Mall.

Over the past weekend, the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC) has approved the a US$9.2 million investment for this community mall.

Noro Mall will cover an area of approximately 3300 square meters with a net leasable area of 7900 square meters showcasing along Norodom Boulevard, Village 8, Boeung Keng Kang I, Khan Chamkar Morn, Phnom Penh.

Invested by a local company called NORO MALL CO., LTD the six-storey mall is able to create up to 494 jobs and is planned to be completed and officially launched in the very near future.

Ms Long Chakrya, retail leasing executive for CBRE Cambodia, the company responsible for managing Noro Mall, told Construction&Property Magazine on 05 November, 2018 that the construction of the mall is scheduled to finish at the end of 2018 and it will officially launch in the first quarter of 2019.

According to Ms Long Chakrya, Noro Mall is a community mall that focuses on three important features including food and drink, service, and entertainment such as movie theater.
