For new buyers, it also provides useful data such as home design, price comparison, price history and trend, cost and investment Info, home loan calculation, and bank contact information.

The database lists 13,622 projects with more than 2.26 million houses and 27,291 house designs nationwide in Thailand, and last year drew around 3 million visitors to its website.

Anchana Vallipakorn, chief executive of Baania (Thailand) said in The Nation that firm is in negotiations with business partners in order to expand its business in Laos, Myanmar and Cambodia next year.

This kind of service actually is not new for Cambodia as there are several firms in Cambodia running this kind of property listing service such as CBRE Cambodia and Realestate.com.kh. Therefore, it ends up with a question whether the arrival of the international company will give the positive or negative impact on the Cambodia market.
