Thai firm to invest in electronic component manufacturing project in Pursat province

Thai firm –Precise Electric Manufacturing Co Ltd—a subsidiary of Bangkok-based Precise Corporation, has unveiled its investment plan to establish an electronic compliance factory in Krakor district, Pursat province.

Pursat governor Mao Thonin said on 29 January that the company has asked for support from Pursat Provincial Hall on the project to ease the implementation procedures.

Quoted on the Pursat Provincial Hall Facebook page, Mr Nathapong Korom, Managing Director of Precise Electric Manufacturing, said that the firm is confident in investing in electronic component manufacturing in Pursat province.

“Pursat province has strong potential in the energy sector, in particular from the hydropower source. From that, we can manufacture batteries for usage both within the province as well as for nearby provinces,” said Mr Korom.

According to Precise Corporation’s website, Precise Electric Manufacturing is one of the parent companies under Precise Corporation, which is a leading Thai firm in sustainable development of electricity and power.
