New Flyover at Century Plaza Intersection Set to Begin Construction in March

The new flyover along the Russian Blvd at the Century Plaza intersection, known as the `2004 Flyover’, is set to begin construction this upcoming March and is scheduled for completion in 2023 before the SEA game.

Phnom Penh Governor HE Khuong Sreng held a meeting with the Phnom Penh Municipal Police Commissioner, the Secretariat of Civil Aviation, OCIC and other relevant parties to discuss the details of the project on Tuesday 11 January.

The project will be located at the junction of the Russian Blvd and Samdech Chaufea Veang. Kong Sam Ol street (street 2004).

The flyover is 516.2m long (233.9m for the main bridge) and 15.8m wide, and 5-5.5m high. The construction will begin in March and will take 14 months to be completed.

The construction of this new flyover will be in line with the completion of the Chom Chao flyover and underpass.
