SCG Group’s Design Village to Open First Home-living Retail Outlet in Phnom Penh

Renowned Thai firm SCG-Boonthavorn has recently announced the launch of new home-living retail outlet ‘Design Village’ in Sen Sok district, which will the first of its kind in Cambodia after the official opening in Q2 this year.

Design Village is Thailand’s most complete home & living one-stop-shop, offering both decorations and solutions for home interiors and exteriors.

After opening, Design Village will offer an exclusive collection of furniture, home decoration accessories, an inspirational kitchen studio, mini supermarket, food and drinks in addition to a free co-working space.

The outlet also offers high quality, accessible and affordable products for everyone, with representation from many globally recognised brands, including Grohe, Toto, Kohler, Cotto, American Standard and Porcelanosa.

SCG-Boonthavorn have selected CBRE Cambodia as the Lead Agent for the Design Village project. CBRE Cambodia will deliver retail leasing and advisory to the available units within the project.

The outlet will be open from 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday and will operate extended hours during the weekend and holidays.
