ELT, Pointer Join Hands Developing New Large-Scale Innovative Residential Project in Southern Phnom Penh

Two renowned key real estate players—ELT Development and Pointer Property –have joined hands to develop a new residential development in the southern part of Phnom Penh along Hun Sen Blvd, namely Borey ELT Courtyard 60m.

ELT Development is a reputable company and has been actively involved in building human resources and education in Cambodia for over 20 years since 1994, while Pointer Property Co., Ltd is one of the leading real estate consulting firms in Cambodia.

Thus, the cooperation between the two key players will not only bring new innovations and high-quality homes to Cambodians but also boost the market potential of southern Phnom Penh to another level.

The agreement between the two firms was signed on 27 April 2022, of which ELT appointing as Pointer as its exclusive sales and marketing partner for this luxurious borey project.

ELT Courtyard 60m is a project with modern style with high quality and unique features. The project is located in a high potential area along the Hun Sen Blvd, just five minutes away from AEON3 and 15 minutes from the new Techo International Airport.

The project was delicately designed by SROMAL Architects, who have recently won the Asia Pacific Property Awards for 2021-2022.

ELT Courtyard 60m is not the first project of ELT Development, this firm has been developing many well-known projects, such as ELT Institute, and Berkeley International Academy 1 & 2, just to name a few.
