​Mr Ly Sokchhay has announced the sale of three major development projects including a new land plot business and holiday homes, the latest online real estate market platform called COMPASS, and other products.

The launch of COMPASS aims at providing digital marketing and software tools for developers and agents. This event was also showcased at a fair in the Olympic Mall on 7 January.

Besides COMPASS, Mr Ly Sochhay also launches the Mongkul Land project, the divided land plot businesses, and the holiday home project next to Bokor Mountain in Kampot.

In addition to his involvement in the real estate market, Mr Ly Sokchhay also imported other household products such as: Toothpaste, toothbrush, and toothpaste (Brand DR. Helico & Dr. Brite, HILIVING, 3 in 1) which is from the United States. Japan, Korea, Singapore, and Malaysia.
