OCIC officially launches Chroy Changvar Gardens Project east of Phnom Penh

The Overseas Cambodian Investment Corporation (OCIC), a known local business conglomerate and real estate developer, on Saturday, launched Chroy Changvar Gardens – its latest residential project along the Tonle sap river, east of Phnom Penh’s city centre.

Attended by a senior member of Canadia Group, OCIC, and Mega Asset Management, the private and gated community project is located at the Chroy Changvar Satellite city, and is well connected to other key areas in the city through various public infrastructure developments spearheaded by OCIC such as the soon to launch Russey Keo bridge.

Chroy Changvar Gardens is a real estate development project by Cambodian conglomerate OCIC, the project is built on a 13-hectare plot of land with a mix of silver, twin, commercial, link, premium, and premium gold villa offerings. The newest project is located at the Chroy Changvar Satellite City, the Crown Jewel of Phnom Penh and the second satellite city to be developed by OCIC after the successful Diamond Island Satellite City project (Koh Pich). Chroy Changvar Gardens is also the first premium gated community project being developed within the Chroy Changvar Satellite City Area.

“The Chroy Changvar Gardens development is a value added to the Chroy Changvar Satellite City project and at the same time further expands on OCIC’s residential portfolio. With its maxim of experiencing luxury villas like never before, Chroy Changvar Gardens will rise to the occasion, as one if not the best, property development east of Phnom Penh with its modern design made to match best practices seen today in our industry.” Said Ms. Taing Suychan, Sales Manager representing on behalf of OCIC. Inspired by contemporary aesthetics and developed by OCIC’s next-generation Khmer architects with modern and dynamic communities in mind, Chroy Changvar Gardens is OCIC’s sequel to many of the group’s many successful residential projects found throughout Phnom Penh city most especially within the Diamond Island Satellite City (Koh Pich).
